Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the signed booking receipt, sale agreement or service order for the specific transaction. This page does not override those written terms.
Before paying
Confirm the vehicle, amount, purpose of payment, conditions, included services and any stated non-refundable component. Always obtain an official receipt.
How to request cancellation
Contact the showroom promptly with your name, reference or receipt number, payment date and reason. We will review the signed terms, work already completed and any third-party charges.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is returned through a traceable payment method to the eligible payer. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.
Third-party charges
Government fees, inspection work, insurance, finance, logistics or other third-party costs already incurred may be governed by the provider’s terms and may not be recoverable.
